Haunted by her grief, self-destruction, nightmares and past, Illa Diamond Matthews is a frequent visitor of her brothers and sister, Jake and Joe and Marissa. Last month her father and mother broke the news to her, she would be going to Mars and staying for 80 years. Only recently she told Renee, her best friend, in Illa's room and they decide to binge eat ice-cream and chocolate while watching sappy disney movies.
Haunted by his past, anger and father, Quinn Felix Horgers is a frequent visitor of his mate's, Hamish's, house. Last week his mother broke the news to him, he would be going to Mars and staying for 80 years. Only recently he also told Hamish and they decided to throw rocks at multiple windows, destroying them into small shards of glass.
This is survival of the fittest at its finest.

An adult walks up to me, "You'll be working with him and her."
The man points to two people in the distance, bickering.
I nod, going over to them.

"Quinn," The boy scowls, stomping away.
