The lights flicker. The air hums with something unseen. Her husband's touch is warm. Her son's laughter echoes in the afternoon sun. The days pass in a quiet, endless rhythm. But the question lingers-soft at first, then insistent. "Are you content?" She should be. She was. Until she hears the whispers. Until the lamp starts to flicker. Until she remembers. And once she does, the dream can't hold her back anymore.
