Kasper is 19 the true definition of a thug, but most people call her Cartel. Why? Because she runs a an association all by herself. She has people all over California working for her. She has been doing this for a while now. Ever since her dad died she has been running this business. She has no one and she is one cold-hearted person. Seeing that she is only 19 and was forced to move with her Uncle Kaleb, she is forced to go to school. That doesn't stop her from making her business though. Like I said she has many people working for her so its not that hard. One more thing , Kasper doesn't believe in love so what happens when she meets Breaunna and only wants a fling but falls hard?
