Touka Rogers was friends with Oliver and Robert Queen. They treated her like she was part of their family, since her family died when she was sixteen and living with them ever since. One day Robert asks Touka and Oliver to go with him to one of the business building's in Tokyo. She gladly says yes as this is her first time going somewhere nice with Oliver and Robert Queen. But when there on their way to Tokyo somethjng goes very wrong and she will have to survive in a hellish island with Oliver, as well try to get her and Oliver back to Starling City.
