Rin a detective who is has always solved a case and never let anything get to her before. She doesn't really socialize except with a few people but when murders start to happen at a local high school named Clear water academy and they continue to happen.
Jac a woman with many problems and only one thing the urge to kill. So she moves to Japan with her family and starts to attend clear water academy and watches all the students carefully and picks and which shall be her victim. Mostly Jac targets bullies, jocks, and cheerleaders mostly the popular kids of school but then she takes it up a notch and starts to murder criminals and wealthy business man and her last targets are the president and rin.
