Broken Pieces

"Don't leave" I was in shock. I thought he loved me, he told me it was for forever.
"I don't love you, I never loved you and I will NEVER you. "
Each word he said was like a bullet to my heart. The sounds of my cries was all that could be heard throughout the corridor.
" why? "
I whispered the word so quietly, that I could barely heard the word myself. I sounded so broken. It was so unlike me.
He then gave me the answer I never USB thought that would come out of his beautiful mouth.
" Because I can't love someone like you, someone who is beneath me and not worthy to be with me "
And with that he took the last piece that was holding my sanity together. He broke me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
