Their friend, Armen, is struggling to free himself from his body, trapped in the clutches of the main antagonist, Herobrine. But in another universe, the Grayson, Mia, Drake, and Armen are four high school kids, just trying to get their degrees, make friends, and live a regular school life. But a lot of it is crushed by the school gang called Empire, and one of their most unusual teachers, Herobrine.

One day a boy named Alyric started to have strange dreams. He felt like they meant something important that he couldn't place his finger on. He and his friends, Miish and Vara, later find themselves on a journey to find out who broke the peace of their village and caused an uproar of cultist to flood in. The three of them gather help along the way to find out that someone awoke this old demon from slumber and is in a heist to find something precious to it.
