The Hunger Games - Veteran
50 years since the war which broke the Hunger Games on Panem, Katniss and Peeta are the last living tributes left. As the memories of why everyone fought for freedom fades they hold strong to keep the honor of those they've lost still alive. Yet there's a fire burning through the capitol. Everything they fought against is creeping back with the new generation and a new election. The districts, the power outs, the hatred between the new capitol and the workers outside of it. After a tragic turn of events there's a call to bring back the Hunger Games. Will Katniss, Peeta and their family still have the fighting spirit to keep the peace. Or will the see their new Panem become just like the old one. Authors note: I wanted to write a story about a strong older aged woman. We looked up to Katniss when she was young, we can still look up to her when she's older.Complete
The Fourth Olympics
We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers for her twelve year old sister for this event called The Hunger Games where twenty four children fight to the death and only one comes out as victor. A boy named Peeta Mellark was reaped alongside her. These two come out of the games as "Starcrossed Lovers". This caused a few uprisings in some districts. President Snow doesn't want another rebellion so he sends Katniss and Peeta back into the games with other Victors from each district. This causes a whole other war and this time, the districts pull out on top. The Hunger Games are ended and Snow is executed and everyone is safe again. Yeah, let's fast foward about fifty years. My name is Larise Parigood, and the Hunger Games are back. And this time, they're as heart wrenching as ever. Warning: Much Vulgar Language, Profanity, and Uncomfortable Topics. This story is based on after Mockingjay. This story is all about the Epilogue. And we all know what happens in the Epilogue. This fanfic takes place 7 years after the War. Peeta and Katniss move on with their lives as a married couple. And so many unexpected things happen along the way. With all these events going on, will Peeta and Katniss get through them? Will they get their happy ending? WARNING: I wrote this story when I was 13 years old and it is very horribly written. It has lots of grammatical and spelling errors and it is undergoing some serious editing. Haha. Read at your own risk!Complete
