Arthur never really planned what to do with his life after high school. His mother decided for him, sending him off to the great ol' USA for his training. Training in medical science, despite Arthur's complete bewilderment of the difference between laceration and an incision. Arthur planned to never make it out of high school, that much of his life he knew and controlled.
However, all this changes when a loud individual shows up with the solution to Arthur's life problem.
