One day during break from school Deku notices a huge explosion in the city. Turns out to be a villian attack and a battle breaks out. His childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo is right in the middle of this attack. Izuku decides to go check if he is ok and rushes towards the attack. In the midst of everything 3 super strong villians appear. Izuku finds childhood friend battling for his life. As the two try escape another huge explosion goes off and traps the two underground in a buildings basement. Well, not so regular if you counted his four brothers. Though, having four brothers must mean you're hardly ever lonely, correct? Not if you are Ichimatsu. Due to the odd number, they always leave the second youngest behind as the 'back-up'. They never needed back-up. So the fifth brother would always be left behind. That's when Ichimatsu made an imaginary friend, Jyushimatsu Matsuno to change this, letting him be social for once to one of his 'brothers'.
