Seventeen year old Jaci Mariah Tanner is new to the entertainment world. She's been a Belieber since 2009 and got discovered on a wim. Running into Justin Bieber once is a coincidence and dancing with him is a miracle, but getting him to fall in love with her? Now that's a dream come true. Justin Drew Bieber's been down for a while. It's the summer of 2013 and he just doesn't know what to do with himself anymore. He has to fake a smile for his beliebers, though.
