Survival of the fittest.

Survival of those who've earned it.

Survival of those who deserve it.

This cold, hard reality isn't what everyone sees in the complicated mating system. Everyone is in love with love itself -- what more could you ask for if you're guaranteed your very own prince charming?

In an alternative world, young and attractive Cindy is brought up believing that the concept of love is beautiful. Because, once you come of age, you learn who your destined soul mate is.

Love is a complex web, intertwined by confusion, chance and choice. Fate isn't always in favour of everyone, and Cindy Smith is soon to realise that.

Moon Goddess, cupid, matchmaker, deity... all synonyms for the "Decider" -- the one who decides your fate. In his eyes, not everyone is worthy of love. The System has flaws, and when your future lies in another hands, things are bound to go wrong.

Cindy becomes curious as she goes against history and tests the water of rebellion. She decides that everyone should deserve love. However, due to her defiance, she suffers great consequences during her mission to decode the system of love.

Will she be able to pull through and stand up for the minorities who are denied true love? Or will she never overcome the mystery of the Decider?

"If you really believe in complexity of universe then is it not too plain to think your so called 'soulmate' will be a guy, who lives or works near you, speaks your language? What if he is an old man in Vietnam? Or a woman in Korea? Or a pigeon for that matter?"
