Naruto's life is already bad. 

The Kyuubi attack has ruined his life forever but, one day, he appears in a sewage, filled with... Red water.


Naruto is held on his toes by curiosity, and moves forward, taking step by step.

"Hello... It appears we've finally met.."

An exact replica of him stepped out the shadows, minus the black hair. His face was hammered with a grin that seemed too big for his face.

"I'm Menma. Your other self. The person you wished you were."

Naruto wanted to scowl, it was true though. As he looked at Menma, his lean althletic body with his smirk, he realized... If he could change his destiny, he would.

"Alright," Naruto groaned."What do you want from me?"

Menma smiled evilly, this was easier than he thought,"I want to control your mind, be one with you."

Naruto's body quivered slightly,"Will I get your appearance?"

Menma nodded,"Except the hair colour, you will get the body of a hard trained ANBU, and receive training under me."

"Hey, Naruto?" "What, babe?" I asked softly, tilting my head up to gaze into the onyx eyes of my lover. "Promise me that you'll never leave me. Swear to me, Naruto Uzumaki, that you'll always be by my side, through every little thing. Assure me that I'll never have to know another day without you." I frown slightly, my usual casual smirk still intact but a bit distorted by the furrowing of my brows. I stare down at Sasuke, confused by his out-of-the-blue demand and the worried look clouding his normally cool obsidian eyes. He inhales deeply and continues. "Even if it's a lie, I'll believe it, just tell me that you'll never let me go." I feel tears well up in my dull cerulean eyes and bite my lip to keep them from spilling onto my cheeks. All I can do is nod and stutter, "O-Of course, I-" His lips crash into mine, and suddenly hot, wet tears are rolling down both of our faces. I smile into the kiss, and the shared fear of losing each other slowly dissipates, replaced by raw passion. A few minutes pass, and Sasuke breaks off the kiss, though reluctantly. I sniff and wipe my eyes. "I love you so much," I whisper, reaching up to tuck a strand of raven hair behind his ear. He beams at me, his charcoal eyes glistening in the sheer moonlight. I was falling, falling to my death. The wind, taking my breath as I yelled to my friends for help. "Anha! Risa! H-Help me, please, help me!" They stood looking down on me from the top of the cliff . Their faces changing from normal to bloodied and mangled and back again. They laughed at me. "It should have been you who fell Kyamyi." They said, their faces staying mangled this time. "You did this to us, so now were giving you what you deserve." I squeezed my eyes shut waiting for the inevitable impact with the bottom of the cliff. But what I hit was not the cold stone of the cliff, It was soft, warm dirt. When I opened my eyes I did not see the dark claustrophobic walls of the cliff, but green forest all around. When I lifted my head I could see what looked like a fire in the distance, but I wouldn't find out if it was fire or not, because I woke up.
