Mercenary Work Book #2 "In this world, there are specific kinds of men: normal men, and broken men. Broken men have seen how fucked this world can be, and have been fucked by it. My father, is not even close to being broken. He's destroyed... Time. Time, is the biggest factor in this equation, and time will be the answer, to this fucked world. This world where men are powerful magic users. This world where I am one of them. This world where time is the only absolute." I absolutely love my characters in this story so I'm writing a second book. If you don't like it deal with it. If you do, then fantastic. Get reading this world I've created.

Rules. Osred Wailes hates them. They keep him from getting what he deserves. Even after years of study Osred is not allowed to call himself a conjurer. He cannot work, he cannot marry, he cannot live anywhere other than his small room on the bridge. All because of rules. Conjurers built the bridge so they make the rules. But Osred is determined to find away around the rules - to find a way off the bridge. And his magic is powerful enough to force them. This is the backstory to a 2 book fantasy series I'm working on. After finishing the draft of book one I was a little stuck trying to plot out book two. I thought delving into the history of my world might help "unstick" me - Conjurer's Bridge is the result. I hope you enjoy it. All comments and constructive criticisms are welcome. Jane Glatt
