FellsBaile isn't your everyday sweet town, yes those who dwell in the darkness of this town are sweet and rather lovely and FellsBaile might even have been an enjoyable to stay in but something changed that. The RULES, the rules are what keep all those sweet towns people from the darkness but is you disobey those rules. Lets just say, the last who disobeyed the rules had her and her family skins hang upon the old willow tree at FellsBaile's favourite farm.
