After graduating High School , Max can't wait for her life to begin. She doesn't know where it'll lead her but she's sure her long time boyfriend Matt will be right by her side. One faithful night Matt gets a phonecall and leaves, with an ' I love you ' but without an explanation. 4 years later, Max is a single mother, raising the daughter she and Matt created. Matt, who left without a trace and without the knowledge of being a father. What will happen when her daughter Makenzie starts to ask about her dad.
