"I'll give you gift of joining you friend," his voice was deep with a heavy Russian accent, as he aimed the gun at the scurrying followers who ran with every mindset of living to see the next day. The moment they turned the corner the man sighed sharply, stuffing his gun in his over coats inner pocket. "Thank you," I whispered softly, moving my gaze towards the ground as he turned around to stare down at me. But I couldn't tell what expression he held on his face, whether he wanted to kill me for seeing him or laugh at me for not fighting back. "Who are you, child." He asked, squatted down to my level his wild bright ocean blue eyes stared into mind. "Constantine, sir." Why did he want to know a dead man's name, "are you going to kill me. I won't scream if you do." There was brief moment of silence, it felt like centuries until he finally spoke, tipping his hat slightly so he could lifted it above his eyes. "Why would I do that?" "Because I say you kill a man." "Because he was annoying me, and I felt like killing scum. I would have ended the other three," he stated, honestly, before exhaling through his nose. "They why didn't you?" "Would you have killed them, if you were in my shoes." I pressed my lips into a thin lip before, speaking, "I won't have killed anyone to beginning with." "Eh?" He raised an eyebrow at my response before, reaching out his hand I stared at his larger hand that patted my shoulder gently. If I may add. "Your rather strange? If they were to gut you like freshwater fish how would you react." "Civil."
