Once upon a time...There lived a lovely princess. This princess was unlike most princesses. She didn't wait in a tower, get poisoned, get cursed, or whatever else a stereotypical princess did. No, she was fearless, strong, independent, beautiful, smart, sparkly, and NOT interested in handsome princes whatsoever or whatever other silly things typical pretty princesses dreamed about.

     On her seventeenth birthday her parents locked her in a tall stone tower in hopes of getting her a good husband, before one day in that tower she had already escaped. She did it rock climbing style-which was way harder than other stuff that any other princesses could ever dream of. When her parents found out they put a spell on her, a spell that cursed her to stay in that tiny tower until she got a husband.

     But her life was about to be changed.

One night, during one of the Prince's courting events - a special type of ball, where dozens of young woman would dress up and dance with the prince, in an attempt to win over his heart and become queen to the Kingdom - An uninvited guest arrived. It was a poor, shivering, elderly woman seeking shelter from the bitter winter storm. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince dismissed the woman. As a gift, the old woman offered the prince a single rose, but when he dismissed her again, the woman's outer appearance melted away. Only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed. It will also fill plot holes and extend the ending of Beauty And The Beast. A majority of this story is a prequel, and will fall into a bit of a sequel as well, so I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

-Takes place after D2 but happens during/after D3 -I take no ownership of any of the Descendants characters. --- Uma hadn't resurfaced, Hades tried to escape the isle and now someone had stolen Maleficent's sceptre and The Evil Queen's crown. To take the pressure off, Mal and Ben decided to have some fun at the enchanted lake. 6 days later, Mal begins to feel sick and she knows why. Mal has barely been engaged to Ben for 3 days, and she's already carrying Auradon's future prince or princess.

Her childhood hasn't been easy, her parents were overprotective and she has never actually seen the outside world. No one would have thought the ball would and Emma's 18th birthday would be the day the Evil Queen made her grand return and kidnaps the princess. But was the Evil Queen really prepared for the influence of the blond? Or will their lives both get turned upside down? Well I guess you'll just need to read it to find out.
