Back in the early days of Batman and Robin, aka Dick Grayson, they stumbled upon a little girl who had the ability to become the shadows themselves. They took her in and for four years life was peaceful, but one night her and Batman fight. She leaves. Now, in the days of the bat family, with Signal and all the ones that came before him, the little girl from before, Laura, has made a reappearance. She is not little anymore. A woman hardened from life on the streets, battling a strange incurable illness that is killing her, along with Ra's Al Ghul and the shadow king. Both are after her powers for their own personal gain. Will the BatFamily be able to save her life? Will she become one of them? Will they be able to defeat the Shadow King and Ra's Al Ghul, the cunning Demon himself?
Baby Blue Bird
"Jesus Christ..." he muttered, swallowing hard. He reached out tentatively, his gloved fingers brushing against the infant's cheek. It was ice-cold. The baby's chest rose and fell faintly, each breath a Herculean effort. Beneath the child, the tarp was damp-not with water, but something metallic-smelling and sticky. Blood? Ramirez's stomach twisted. "Dispatch," he whispered hoarsely into his radio, forcing his voice steady. "Officer Ramirez, 9th and Mercer. I need an ambulance. I found an infant. Abandoned. Possible injury." . . "They found a baby in Gotham," Bruce finally said. "Abandoned in an alley. They ran a DNA test... and it matched you." Dick froze, the world around him suddenly quiet, as if the city itself held its breath. "What?" he said sharply, disbelief washing over him. "That's impossible."
It Comes With the Cape
Life as a Robin ain't easy. People constantly try to kidnap you or use you as leverage or get a king's ransom for you or just get in your head. Not a good time. It was entirely a book of kidnapping, but now it's just general one-shots of the lives of Bruce Wayne's adoptees (and biological children) being the hard knock life. 1. Weakness
It was an inside joke. Each of the 'batfam' had a weakness. No one - not even Alfred - knew Batman's. Damian's was easy; Damian's was the heat. Couldn't stand it; he got way too hot way too quickly. Tim's was the dark. Was never found asleep without either a light on or the door open with a light on outside. Jason's was water. He couldn't hold his breath and had panic attacks when he had prolonged contact; say he was in a pool. Dick had two; cold and poison. He froze in twelve degrees (C) and never left the house with a jacket on. And the poison traveled at least three times as fast through his bloodstream as he didn't clot easily. Alfred had one too; as impossible as it seems. His was his age; he was nimble, yes, quick, yes, agile, yes, but occasionally his limbs cramped, or he had trouble breathing. ---Ⓜ️ for blood, gore etc, and bad language! ---Concluida

Every villain needs money, right? But in that kind of buissnes, it's hard to get it the legal way, so why not kidnapping a rich child for ransom- or even better, four rich children? That was exactly what the Joker was planning to do, maybe he would even get to kill the bat and his little bird if they'd come to the boys' rescue. But what happens, when the Young Justice gets the mission, to protect Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake and Damian Wayne, four of the most richest children of Gotham? And the team is not at full strength, since Robin has left to some mission with Batman in Alaska, but they can stop the Joker anyway, right? Right?!Concluida

While Y/n's father was getting treated in the hospital, Y/n went on a job hunt. She was allowed to stay in the manor of course but Y/n decided it was best for her to get a small apartment, so she did. Y/n had soon turned nineteen, and she went into training to become a skilled detective for the GCPD. And she hasnt had Any contact with Bruce Wayne even since she arrived at gotham. The only one she talked to was alfred. Bruce of course didnt know that his parents friend had a child. But when he heard the knews. He was most definitely shocked. This girl was also older than him by 11 months. Basically a year. Soon.. the two meet under dire circumstances, her father is dying, and bruce has to help her adapt and overcome. Both of them training in the process under Ras Al' Ghul. Back to Gotham. As friends, maybe more.
