After a long and hard civil war between the east and west, the U.S. economy is at a stand still, people are resorting to looting and killing to get what they need for their families. the money has stopped coming and prices have sky-rocketed. Jonathan "Alto" Weigh-man, a crime lord in Las Vegas, and also the only man with more money than the government. After an arms deal gone wrong, landing Alto in the hospital, his son tries to take over the trade, and in turn, tries to kill his father.
