Nella is a 21 year old stripper trying to make ends meet for her and her 3 year old son Marlo. Of course growing up in the hood,when she was 18, she had a one night stand and ended up getting pregnant. Ever since then, life has never been the same.  Marcus is a 22 year old Harvard student studying law for his last year. His friends think he is a "white washed" black guy but really he grew up in the hood.  What happens when these two meet?
