The world is in chaos; a new order has appeared and rule with an iron fist. They have whipped out nearly 60% of the worlds population with fire and continue to set examples by burning the perpetrators to death. One group of teenagers have survived... they're genetic mutation has allowed them to survive in boiling temperatures; they're called HEAT.
