Every hundred years, a human makes a wish on the stars.

William Cipher a young man, his life a total hell. His father had died the previous year, the one person that cared for him and he has recently been dealing with some abuse from his mother and peers. 

One stormy night, he stood at the edge of a cliff, ready to take his own life until he heard a soft voice.

"Make a wish my sweet child, never feel this pain again. I've watched over you every night, because since the beginning I've loved you." 

William closed his eyes and jumped hoping to hit the icy cold waters underneath the cliff, as he fell faster and faster he looked at the moon's soft glow and made a silent wish.

Darkness was all he saw when he woke up and a smile with a young man, stars twinkling on his forehead, and a silent whisper say.
