Every hundred years, a human makes a wish on the stars.
Money, fame, or fortune. What ever your heart desires, and you will obtain.
William Cipher a young man, his life a total hell. His father had died the previous year, the one person that cared for him and he has recently been dealing with some abuse from his mother and peers.
One stormy night, he stood at the edge of a cliff, ready to take his own life until he heard a soft voice.
"Make a wish my sweet child, never feel this pain again. I've watched over you every night, because since the beginning I've loved you."
William closed his eyes and jumped hoping to hit the icy cold waters underneath the cliff, as he fell faster and faster he looked at the moon's soft glow and made a silent wish.
Darkness was all he saw when he woke up and a smile with a young man, stars twinkling on his forehead, and a silent whisper say.
"My name is Dipper."

Blood looked in my mouth while the stars in the sky grew dark and cold. The world was monochrome and dull, endless black and grey. "Pinetree", one large eye, swollen and red blocked out Dippers sun. " just give up My, Darling, you are mine". Dipper struggled as tears leaked out of his eyes, "Let me go Bill, I don't belong to you", the brunette fell backward into the dirt, large nails implying all up his arms. Cipher shrank, his triangle form ripping to shreds while Dipper watched his bits of flesh tear off and fall to the floor. A human stood where the triangle once was, "just let me love you". Soothing hands ran down his back and pulls at his locks. Pushing himself up, Dipper looked Bill in the eye, nose to nose lips to lips. " oh Pinetree, you don't have to be so forward", Bill tried to pull Dipper out to meet his eyes but spit flew into his open mouth. "You little piece of-". What they didn't realized is that Dipper had been stealing there money and jewels this whole time. Dipper uses his shop keeper job as a cover up this whole time. There the second highest gang in Gravity Falls called "Demons.". The leader of the group is Bill cipher. His gang member's are William(Will) cipher, Star, Andrew and Lady widow.The Demons were like family. Bill and Will helped them when they needed it the most and now they were family. They all have The Gift that everyone wanted. The highest Gang of them all is a young man that doesn't have a team. He's a solo man. No one's ever meant him in person before, but one little lady.
