Carter and Emma have been friends since they were three everyone said they were inseparable which was true until one day when Emma's parents died in a fire leaving Emma as an orpine makeing them have to separate they now are talking on Skype everyday. And then they both had a idea. After that idea Carter has been begging her parents to adopt Emma.
