Sadie Reynolds lives alone in her parents penthouse with her three cats trying to take care of herself. Her parents travel and are too busy to see her. On the last day of school her parents show up, ruin her summer plans and ship her off to a ranch in Colorado so they can live in the penthouse for the summer. Still grieving the death of her nanny/ only friend, she tries to find closure while being swept off of her feet by a guy she can never have.
This was inspired by a painting in an old persons home. No joke.

Wanting to write something new, he visits the sanctuary, hoping to speak with the owner only to find out that its Rosabelle Sage. She has become more of a wordly girl, traveling as much as she could. She hadn't finished college, but she had traveled to every country from the United States to Japan, down to Antarctica, and north to Russia. Through her travels, she stumbled into some trouble and was now hiding from the man that wanted her dead for knowing too much. The problem is, she's not sure what information she knows that he doesn't want anybody to know. That ignorance just might be the death of her.Complete
