The purple dragons stole stuff and y/n caught them to keep her quite they scare her with guns everything doesn't go as planned next thing she knows she's living 4 giant mutant turtles and an over sized rat she is taught Ninjusu and becomes a vigilante and again everything doesn't go as planned she falls in love with donnie and donnie is in love with her and of course they don't know.....yet her best friend Mikey is there for her thick and thin he always finds a way to make her smile at her darkest times when Mikey finds out that y/n loves donnie he is very happy that his best friend loves his brother but how long can he keep the secret ? Another brother has an eye for y/n but what one is it ? Wanna know? go on read the story 


April isn't happy that y/n is part of the family so she does what ever she can for her to leave what would happen if April found out a secret and used it against   y/n ?

This is my first story so bear with me. This follows the TNMT movie from 2007, with of course you the lovely reader being added. This isn't the 2012 universe, it has nothing to do with that storyline. This is a female reader, I apologize but you can substitute the pronouns if needed :) Four turtles... four brothers... genetically reborn in the sewers of New York. Named after the great Renaissance masters... and trained as ninjas. They battled many creatures and foes before defeating their archenemy... the Shredder. But now, a greater evil is poised to destroy their very brotherhood. An evil born 3,000 years ago. It was in that time a warrior king named Yoatl led a brotherhood that fought side by side with one purpose: To conquer the kingdoms of the world. Yoatl had a daughter, Y/N, who fought against his will. She believed her family to be wrong, but trained among them to one day stop her father. But nothing could stand in their way... as they left a trail of destruction behind them. In his quest, Yoatl learned of a constellation known as the stars of Kikan. Every 3,000 years, the stars would align, opening a portal to a world of unknown power. Y/N tried to reason with him, but it was too late. He became immortal, but at a price. His brotherhood was turned to stone. And Y/N? She was forced into immortality alongside her father, as the gods saw punishing her for his wrongdoings was a fitting fate for the king. 13 monsters were unleashed into our world. The king was left on earth, unable to die or forget his mistake. Y/N, trapped in time by her father, never forgave him for what he'd done. She always stays close though, hopeful her father has seen the error of his ways. The monsters that were unleashed, contine to plague mankind to this very day. New York seemed to have crime die down, and the turtles have spent the last few years training, and working on their mystic powers to the best of their abilities. As time went on, April had graduated College and spent time training with them as well, alongside Casey. It seemed things were calm, most of the oozequitos vanquished, at least that's what they thought. It was on a Tuesday when it happened, the twins were celebrating their 22 birthday with everyone. A small party, skateboarding, and the distant sound of crying echoing throughout the sewers. Curious, the boys set out to find the strange crying, only to see a small camping area at the far end of the sewers. As well as a green figured curled up, and sobbing into their knees.

As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. Plus, English isn't my first language, so sorry if the phrasing is a bit off. Just in case, I'll mention neither TMNT 2012 or the fanart used for the cover are mine. Donnie is Non-Binary. That would normally be fine, but a new side of their life is starting to get in the way of coming out. This "new side" is named Brandon Carter, a human boy. Donnie met Brandon when he was 15 & they were 14, a year before the Shredder incident. Brandon is the one that helped Donatello realize they were Non-Binary when they were 16 & he was 17, just after the Kraang incident. Brandon had opened a whole new world to them. Now, Brandon is 22 years old & Donatello is 21 years old. Donatello is out to April, Leo, & Splinter. And that's it. Donatello is petrified to come out to Raphael, Michelangelo, Casey & Vern. They shouldn't be so anxious since they've known their brothers since they were literal infants & they've known Casey & Vern for as long as they've known April. Brandon isn't making the situation any better, either. Donatello finds it awfully hard to focus on themself when they keep thinking of Brandon. Until Brandon & other Civilians get captured by the Foot Clan, led by Master Karai & Doctor Stockman. Karai & Stockman reveal that the civilians are to be test subjects for a new virus-like recreation of the mutagen. Vincent gives Donnie a lead (but they already knew). When the turtles find the place, they are able to save the civilians with help from April, Casey, & Vern. The Foot Clan then bomb the building. But Brandon is still trapped in his containment unit. Leo tries to get Donnie to leave, but they can't leave Brandon. They find a way to hack into the system & disconnect a weakening Brandon from the tubing, but he is still in the cage. Donnie is able to break it & holds Brandon close as the building collapses around them. They both make it out alive, & they are scared to lose Brandon again. Which leads them to reveal their newest project: an engagement ring. Then, Leo asks why Donnie risked their life for Brandon. That's when Donnie reveals that they are non-binary & that they've been dating Brandon in the first place.

April O'Neil: So, you wrote a book... Me: A long-ass book. April: A long-ass book! How did it come about? Me: Well, actually, I was just looking for a xreader story with an adult Donnie, where the female character is strong and independent, doesn't need to be rescued all the time, and isn't a giggling schoolgirl. April: And you didn't find anything? Me: Don't get me wrong, April! There are so incredibly great fanfics and xreader stories out there, and I ate them all up! But I needed a new kick and I wanted something epic, dramatic that involved the mystical powers of the turtles and their further developments. April: And then you started writing yourself? Me: The story came about on its own. In my head. And at some point I just had to write it down, otherwise I would have exploded. With the writing, it didn't become a typical xreader story with the "y/n" in it, because that had irritated me. I know that the "y/n" comes out of an inclusive thought, and I think that's good and right. Unfortunately it blocked me, the heroine in my story was too complex and too concrete, and so I gave it up, even if it was no longer a real xreader story. April: And now you're writing a second book?
