Gerard's a lonely photographer and he's a little spacey, but he can drive and he has money and he wants the same thing Frank does. Adventure. 

 Adventure that happens to be full of roadkill, ghosts, gas stations, hipster parties, drugs, and bees.

Frank is a newcomer in a quiet, sleepy town, trying to escape his past. It's dull and boring until the arrival of a newcomer that could be the making or breaking of him. Gerard has demons of his own and is shipped off to his Uncle's place in the ass end of nowhere to sort himself out. He can't imagine anything worse until he stumbles upon a punk kid who seems to have secrets of his own. Frank is determined to keep himself to himself, but Gerard is an annoying, nosy, pain in the ass, who, for some reason, Frank can't seem to get enough of. In High School Gerard Way was known as the freaky introverted artist that kept to himself and could draw anything you wanted for a reasonable price. So once kids started asking him to draw tattoos he couldn't say no, he became 'The Tattoo Guy', although afraid of needles he loved the idea of a body being a canvas to his art. Now as everything's falling apart and I have to move to California and in with my Aunt Helena in the middle of my senior year, I just hope I've got enough MCR to help get me through.
