She had a somewhat content life. Living on just enough in order to save for her future. Being able to have free reign over what may come and what has happened.

A sudden strain of passing luck then takes her to a place she had no intention to be. She was neither against it or particularly excited. The entertainment industry was a lofty dream that she was hesitant to enter. For she was fearful that she would end up being shooed away with the slap of rejection, which she has come to know quite intimately.

But at the end of the day, Aei Brooks will always be able to dance on street corners.
