Alexandra Hamilton is probably the most outspoken person to attend her New York City prep school. When John Laurens suddenly enters her and her friends' lives, things get even more crazy. Between heated debates with the one and only Thomas Jefferson, and juggling a social life and school life, John Laurens may be the one person she needs to keep her on her feet and, for the most part, out of trouble. But once Alex realizes that being friends with John may not be sufficient, things get out of hand.
*This story is a gender-bend!Alexander and the rest are the same as they are in the play, with the same genders. I know that may not make a lot of people happy and some may see it as homophobic but its not. Its just the best way I could portray my characters the way I wanted to. I am indeed working on a Lams story but I've yet to find the proper inspiration to nudge me to publish anything, but once I find something I'll certainly be putting it on here. At this point it will probably be a book of imagines. If anyone has any requests, message me and I'll try my best to get something up! Thanks and I hope you enjoy this story.

A Hamilton AU where everything is the same except Alexander is a woman and she marries Elijah Schuyler. For the most part it is told from Aaron Burr's perspective, but that might change for certain chapters. I made this simply out of curiosity, and because I watched too many animatics, plus I thought it would be interesting to see how the story would play out with a female protagonist. The character interactions, lyrics, and overall plot could be impacted in many ways, and I'd like to see how that goes. I'm basically converting lyrics into text, tweaking them based on the needs of the context. Feel free to comment on anything you like, any little mistakes that need fixing. Alexis is also a huge theater nerd and fangirl with health problems so when she hears that theres a feild trip in a month to go see Hamilton she gets super excited.
