Si Res ay isang simpleng mamamayan lang sa isang bayan ng Catarman . Tanging ina lamang ang kasa kasama nya . Pero isang araw , naabutan nya ang kanyang ina na nakahandusay sa sahig ng kwarto at wala ng buhay . Ang ina na lang ang meron sya , pero dahil wala na ito , Napagdisisyunan ni Res na makipagsapalaran sa Maynila .
Pero bago pa man sya makarating sa destinasyon nya , ay aksidenting nahulog sa bangin ang sinasakyan nilang bus .
Isang binatang doctor naman ang nag alaga kay Res , dahil naawa sya rito kasi wala man lang kamag anak o kaibigan ang dumalaw sa kanya , Nang magising si Res ay wala itong maalala , medyo naawa naman ang doktor sa kanya pero sa kabila parte ng utak nya ay masaya sya kasi may naisip na syang solusyon sa problema nya .
