Who knew one dance could turn into so much more? 

Tyler Thompson, an 18 year old girl who's fluent in sarcasm and loves nothing more than dancing, is in the heat of getting ready for her audition for a dance company in New York. There's only one issue. Due to the company's desire, she needs a dance partner. With no one in the tiny town she lives in who she knew could dance, her ship was pretty much sailed. 

Carter River, in the same grade as Tyler and best mates with her best friend Luke, with his cocky and arrogant, but charming personality he has the ability to swoon most of the girls. He was also the captain (well actually co, but he didn't like to admit that) of the football team and was aiming for a football scholarship. This he had been working for his entire life and wouldn't let anything get in the way of that. 

So when Tyler walked in on Carter dancing and he showed to be impressively good, Tyler jumped on the opportunity. 

Tyler desperately needing a dance partner and Carter not wanting anyone to know about his little secret talent, they made a deal.

But even though the deal sounded so simple, it wasn't. 

With dance being such an intimate thing, both having their own issues to deal with and a bunch of additional drama that could've been ignored, it's quite the rollercoaster ride.

Xavier is obviously not happy, more angry than anything, but Xavier should be use to change since he changed basketball teams every so often at school, but for some reason this is different. Xavier is now enrolled in this new school, away from his friends, and "off to make new ones" his dad would say.
