Meet Alexis Chambers. She was a loser, who was overweight, and wore glasses and braces. She is 17, and over the course of the summer she thinned up because she began to run, she had her braces removed, and she got rid of her "loserish" state. Lex did all of this for one person. Her best friend, Matty. He is the love of her life, or so she thinks. She transforms for him.
That is until she gets heartbroken by Matty.
She is hurt and confused, and that is what makes her vulnerable. Will she ever find happiness, or will she have to suffer and watch Matty move on with out her?
