Have you ever done something on the spur of the moment that's totally unlike how you usually behave? For instance have you ever made love to someone you've only just met, taken a smoke of cannabis for a dare, or given a beggar a shed-lot of money, just because he had a nice friendly smile?
This is Michael's story, about his rash act of kindness that more or less ruined his life. But you know what? The spooky thing about this story is that he didn't know why he did it.
