That is until she crosses paths with Nate and his daughter, Emmi. Emmi is not and cannot be vaccinated against the disease, so the only way to protect her and give her some kind of life is to reunite her with her estranged mother in a quarantine zone on the other side of the country. Charlotte wants nothing to do with Nate or the girl who looks like her dead sister. She does not want to go through the grief of losing people again if something bad was to happen. And something bad does happen when Emmi is kidnapped, and it is no one's fault but Charlotte's. Through this obligation alone, Charlotte feels like it is her responsibility to get Emmi back, to right her wrong. In helping Nate pursue his kidnapped daughter, Charlotte inadvertently allows herself to feel again, to care for those other than herself. But with the clock ticking, Charlotte's new found family may just end up like her own, dead and destroyed, if Emmi is exposed to the disease that her father tried so hard to protect her from.Complete

Remains of Humanity
After a nuclear war nearly in 2150 the whole Earth has become uninhabitable for humans. There are some major cities which are still running but have very scarce resources such as food, water and oil. There are tall, thick walls protecting people from the outside world, surrounding the whole city and there is a ceiling, blocking the radiation from seeping in as air is filtered through the roof. The year is now 2205 which is the beginning for Earth to become how it was before. There are a group of people called The Warriors who go out and try to look for resources, facing death daily. A seventeen year old boy tries to steal food for his friend, he gets caught and is sentenced to death. The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Or will he die anyway?Complete

With an arrow in her back, and knowledge of the bandits that will fight to get supplies, who would kill such a valuable person? Even though the people living in the motel let her live there, no one said she was welcomed. Her only goal is to help people and find her sister. After realizing the truth of this new world, can she carry on surviving with these strangers? When the strangers need to relocate, how will this young girl part from the area that her sister may be in? Hey, you! Yeah, you. Listen up, dude, because I don't have much time. Actually, I have a ton of time, I just don't feel like repeating myself. South Park is infested with zombies. Yeah, you heard me right. Shuffling around, undead, want to eat you zombies. I'm stuck as some kind of leader of a tiny crew of kids. I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but everyone else seems to think I do, so I guess we're going with that. In a few days the whole town went from being kinda nuts to completely chaotic. Why do people think I'm a good leader? Why'd all the adults leave? Where's literally half of my grade, they can't all be dead, can they? Why are we not allowed to leave South Park? Do they want us die? How long can we keep on living like this? Most importantly, why couldn't I have just gone with Tweek to the stupid bathroom? Now he's M.I.A. and it's my fault.
