The scorpion meets the frog on the bank of a stream.
The scorpion asks the frog to carry him to the other side of the stream on her back.
The frog asks "How do I know you wont sting me?"
The scorpion replies "because if I do I'll die too".
The frog the obliges and they set out but midway across the stream,the scorpion stings the frog.
The frog feels the venom start to have its effect and she starts to sink.
Right before they drown she gasps "why?"
The Scorpion then replies "its in my nature."
