"The Beginning of the End? That sounds too cliché, even for you Archbishop."
"Believe me, boy. That's the only thing that could describe what's going on."
The skies of the 21st Century have been set ablaze by a single crystalline structure that seems to be on the verge of colliding onto Manhattan, New York. Little do the casual metropolitans know that this doomed meteor is actually the divine Archangel Michaelis being pulled towards Earth and to the unholy Inferno as anchorage to Limbo, the first of the nine Circles of Hell. Tasked to bring forth order is the V.I.R.G.I:L. (The Vatican Institute of Research and Global Initiative: Luciferian Division), an ancient secular group composed of various selected individuals with powerful ties to the supernatural.
A retelling of the classic Divine Comedy given an urban-fantasy setting and a large dose of demon-fighting. Updates are in a weeky/bi-weekly basis and plays around 4 different character POVs to form an epic struggle between good versus evil.

Fallen

Would they be what you thought they would, or would the knowledge leave you with more questions than answers? Their is a war in the shadows, and the battleground is the earth. A titanic struggle for the human soul waged outside of sight and mind of the general population. Gavin has been a warrior for his entire existence, fighting to protect what he treasures most. He stood in the light, doing what he believed to be right, only to suffer a penalty he did not deserve. Eliza is on the run for the crime of simply existing. Her secrets separate her from the rest of humanity. She doesn't know how or why she has this curse, but she knows she has to keep running. What else is there in a world of monsters? These two are on a crash course that will force them to face their inner fears. Will they find salvation in one another? Or will they only find destruction? Only time will tell.Kumpleto

I Accidentally Summoned a Demon
"I know you're a virgin but have you never been touched?" He asked, sliding his other hand down onto her leg. "What makes you say that?" Kat breathed, bracing her hands on the counter. "You react like someone who's never felt another's touch," Nex whispered, slipping his thumb under the band of her shorts. "So, have you not?" Kat opened her mouth to speak but stopped when his hand slid up from her leg, gliding up her stomach and stopping just below her breast. "Not even here?" He asked, following the curve of her breast with one finger, not touching, staying just below as he dragged it back and forth. "What about here?" He asked, sliding his hand down from her ribs to the bottom of her shorts then around to her butt, fingers nearly grazing it as he inched them up, under her pajamas. "I can say with certainty, never here," he said, lowering his other hand under the waistband of her shorts, touching the top of her underwear. "No, you've definitely never felt that before. I can hear your heart racing, I can feel your breathing, I can smell your body responding like it's never experienced these sensations before," he whispered, sliding a finger just underneath the band. "Should I answer its call?" #1 in demons on 6/15 -6/17/20! Again on 6/20 and 6/22-6/23! Sweet and innocent Katherine has a routine and is a little tightly wound. She was simply trying to rehearse lines for an audition. Next thing she knows, she's reading out loud her Latin lines and suddenly someone appears, claiming to be a demon she summoned to kill someone for her. Turns out demons can be hot. And he's getting pissed off she won't give him a name so he can kill and go home. The problem is, pissed off turns into something else and before he knows it, he wants to take away some of that innocence and loosen her up, or better yet, tie her up make her his. Blood and Ashes
In a world where darkness reigns and monsters rule, humanity's survival depends on those with power. A decade ago, the Earth fell to horrific creatures-beasts that tore apart cities and destroyed what remained of civilization. In the aftermath, society fractured into four groups, each shaped by its beliefs and the supernatural abilities that arose in response to the terror. Angels heal the wounded but at the cost of their vitality. Demons wage war on the monsters, fueled by their thirst for human blood. Rare and feared devils wield blood magic that allows them to control the essence of life itself, but they must feast on monster blood to regain their strength. And then there are the God-powered-a mysterious few who possess elemental abilities that could hold the key to ending the chaos but are believed to be little more than a myth. Emery, a quiet college student, lives in the shadows of this broken world. Though she possesses the powers of a Devil, she keeps her identity hidden, unwilling to draw attention. Her days are spent in isolation, away from the chaos, with only her books and a few trusted friends to keep her company. But when whispers of a possible God-powered emerge, Emery is thrust into a deadly race. If she can find them, the union of the Devil and God could be the world's only chance at survival. But trust is scarce, and betrayal lurks in every corner. Demons are unpredictable, Angels are slowly losing their strength, and the Devils grow increasingly detached from humanity, fueled by the monster blood they consume. As the hunt for the last hope intensifies, Emery must navigate a world of shifting allegiances, hidden agendas, and monsters that are not always what they seem. In this dystopian future, where fear and power rule, Emery will have to decide if saving the world is worth the cost of her humanity.
seVen: Vice and Virtue
Before the separation of vice and virtue--before demons became the natural enemies of angels--there was only happiness, purity, and Heaven. But all of that changed when the Archangel Lucifer decided he would do a far better job at being God than Trinity, Heaven's leader. And when his plans are thwarted, Lucifer and his followers become the first demons...and with that, the first sins. Now, these demons run wild among a fresh playground of human minds, and it's up to the Archangels who were once their best friends to stop this menace before it corrupts the entirety of mankind. Led by the Archangel Michael, Conscience aims to keep humanity safe while systematically taking down every demon that dares to fight them. And yet, Michael finds himself wondering if eliminating these demons for good is really the only way to save mankind. Weren't they once friends? And if they were, wouldn't it be better to save them? One way or another, he's going to find out. And at the end of the day, everyone will have to choose: Vice, or Virtue? *(Contains violence, language, and some sexual themes.) *(Deals with somewhat mature themes, as well, including touches of racism, domestic abuse, and mental illness. General trigger warning.)Kumpleto
