War between America and Russia(together with all of their supporters) lasted for 8 years. It ended with the murder of Nichola Matovich, the president of the ONLY neutral country in this pointless war, and his family. When they succeeded with deleting the president; who in time of his leadership made Serbia a country so powerful that it was equal to America; America and Russia signed peace contract.

But, our story doesn't end with Nichola's death... Actually, it begins here, because Nichola's 6-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son survived...  When the girl was only six years old, she swore to avenge her parents' death, and take care of her brother...

And eleven years after the murder of her parents, Nichola's daughter brings her brother to Washington, because she earned a scholarship for one of the student exchange programs...or that's what little David thought. They actually moved so she could get what she desired for the past 11 years - justice... And what's the better way to get it then revenge served cold..?
