Life is dull 100 years from now. It's our own fault of course; Apparently the public got 'out of hand', so now they government controls us like puppets. Closely guarding secrets and making us emotionless shells of humans. I just lived through my boring existence with no thought of what is really happening. Until people began disappearing.

A NEW WORLD
The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form. For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. Everyone on Earth has one card with a chip in it that has everything about you on it and the new currency for everyone is credit and bits.Concluida

The future is far beyond us. It does not exist. When an oblivious idiot takes credit for the invention of the third (and best functioning) model of the RCA, no one even so much as bats an eye, distraction. These models are the best of the best, at everything. Their muscle flexibility is 93% of ours, effectively eliminating non-realistic movement. They have software controlling their vocal output so that what they say always makes perfect sense, even in pronunciation. Everyone agrees on one thing: If they had a heart, they'd be just about human. And that's just it. Somewhere out there, the original prototype is running about, disguising himself as a normal gen3 RCA, when in reality, he's the only non-organic thing on earth to have emotion, and thought. The other RCAS are programmed to identify him as an immediate danger to the public. So he's always moving around. Looking for the finish to his one computer-made script, aptly called 'fate'. The Apocalypse
The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. What does this new land hold hidden deep in the remnants of its former glory?Concluida

When the world was burnt by the sun some groups of people were ready and build special compounds called Bases. They set bases up all over the globe and waited for the fire of the sun. When it came they hadn't anticipated the extent of solar power. Their power sources were ruined and they knew that they wouldn't survive long without them. Some people left to take their chances in the new wild but those who were left spent hours pondering solutions as the power dwindled and the life-force faded. Only when the people who were left out to face the sun found the bases did they find a solution. The outsiders were deranged and barely human, changed by the radiation of the sun, they were taken into the bases and were sedated and hooked up to the power source. Our Brush With Corona
COVID...the pandemic entered our lives, the deadliest in a hundred years and caused a catastrophic change in our lives. It caused serious disruption of the economies all over the world and changed the way that we had lived earlier, drawing us out of our comfort zones. But there is another side of the story too, small as it may appear. It made us introspect and reach out for some of the things in life that we always longed for, but never had the time nor the sufficient will to indulge in, often hiding behind the veil of pretense that we cover around ourselves. One of the most cherished things that emerged out of this dismal scenario is that many of us found the time and the appetite for the company of our most loved ones, chiefly our parents. The Utopia Project
2063. The world is severely divided. 20 years ago, the government had plans of creating a utopia. A perfect society. Where the residents would all live their lives in peace. They wouldn't have to work jobs. They wouldn't have currency. They wouldn't have to deal with challenges. They could live their lives the way everyone wants to. But there was one catch. And that was that the government made it a law that nothing bad could ever happen. No crimes, no arguments, no fights. The citizens would all be kept calm and they would be kind to each other. Obviously, this failed. Crime broke out. Everyone was fighting each other and the society the government promised turned into a disaster. So, the government decided to do something about it. They decided that everyone who rebelled against them or did anything bad would be put into a perfect android body which was devoid of doing anything wrong. But, they would also be drained of their freedom and emotion. They would be slaves to the government. The majority submitted to the government's orders. But some didn't. This is the story of the ones who rebelled.Concluida
