After everything went back to normal, everyone was happy except Ahiru; the girl who did all of the work to save the prince but ends up being with the raven princess. Ahiru was no longer herself after they left . This was perfect for Drosselmeyer though; he found an opening to continue his story and adding some characters that will make even more interesting and possibly the most tragic story.
