Dear Mr. Nowhere (unfinished)

The town of Windy Hill gets caught in the middle of a mystery involving a bathtub, the middle-aged mayor of Windy Hill, and a very suspicious rubber ducky.
Maggie Harper thinks that the answer to solving the mystery lies with the one and only, Mr. Nowhere.
