Phoenix Free, daughter of Geoff and Angela Free, a wealthy family, the owners of Free Academy and Free Corporation. Phoenix is a hyperactive, shameless, antisocial and independent person and with sad memories of her past love who goes through mood swings.

 Nichoulas "Nick" Moore, a hardworking and poor young man. He was left by his parents and has to work to sustain his needs. He won’t let anyone make fun of him. He is a strong man, but yet has his sensitive spots when it comes to someone he cares a lot about.

 Phoenix and Nichoulas’s lives will meet when our hyperactive girl, Phoenix, is kidnapped and our brave man, Nichoulas, was passing by and goes to the rescue after seeing this occurance. Having rescued Geoff and Angela’s daughter, they reward Nichoulas by giving him the chance of being educated at Free Academy. A problem is introduced when the unthankful Phoenix doesn’t like the idea. In his pursue of happiness Nichoulas accepts this reward and his new life begins.
