I never wanted my life to be this way.

I never wanted to be a threat.

I never wanted my parents to hate me.

I never wanted my older sister to be afraid of me.

I never wanted my friends to abandon me.

I never wanted to kill those men.

You can't blame me! I just wanted to protect my family and keep them safe! I fought to protect myself and the ones I love! Now all they call me is names.

Monster.

Criminal.

Killer.

Murder.

Demon.

Just those words everyday.

Again.

And again.

And again.

My whole life was full of regret. Until I meet someone who would show me I was more than those words.
