Kiran Carter (otherwise known as KC) resided in District 11. She lived in a large family of 9 children, two parents, and grandparents. All of them lived under the same small roof. It was crowded, but it was home. Every year, Kiran and her siblings were in danger. The Hunger Games, a cruel form of entertainment made by the Capital, was annual. This time, it was the 100th anniversary, and thus, the quarter quell. The capital was tricky, and merciless as always. Would Kiran be able to make it through such a physically and emotionally straining time without breaking?

Pre-Hunger Games oc x ? When young girl Charlotte Partridge gets picked to be District 4's female tribute in the 72nd Hunger Games, she is thrust into the dangerous world of the Capitol and the Games. But she has no obvious talents that she could use to save her in the Arena so she will have to quickly learn how to adapt and survive in the Games. Charlotte will have to play her cards right in order to gain the Capitol's and the Districts' support. She does not trust easily, and she struggles to tell her allies and enemies apart. However, when a certain mentor earns a place in her heart, she begins to realise that she is no longer just fighting for or by herself. Will the little Songbird fly high above the rest of the tributes and claim the crown, or will she fall and be left to burn in the Games' wake?
