She never expected to fall for the cat. It had been a year since she last saw her crush and her partner. Marinette was nervous. She could understand being nervous when she met Adrien. She could barely think straight once he entered the room. But Chat Noir? Everyone had changed. Not just clothing and hairstyles, but personalities.
Her first day back on the job and she's started falling for Chat Noir. Why? She had no idea.

Adrien didn't believe her fake facade and looked past her plastic smile, so he decided to visit her one evening after his patrol as Chat Noir with Ladybug. What would happen when the breaking civilian meets the unexpected alleyway cat? Will she open her heart to him? And how long will her mask hold up? 2nd book, a dedicated fanfic to miraculous!!!!!!
