Midori Nagamori was just like any other villager in the Village Hidden in the Mountains, until her village was attacked by a raging tailed beast. This beast was only heard of in the mountains, for that was where it lay dormant until citizens---shinobis---of the village released it; allowing it to wreak havoc upon their once peaceful home.

At the young age of two years old, she was found by a kind, compassionate kunoichi by the name of Aki Yakori; giving the young child refuge from her past. She didn't have a tough life like most others who were left without a clan, because she never quite knew of a home outside of Aki's. Living on the edge of the Land of Fire and the Land of Wind, the young girl had always been told of legends and stories of such a title known as "ninja" and wished to be called such; her dream came true when she left off into the direction of Konohagakure no Sato.

Now a citizen of the Village Hidden in the Leaves, she starts her journey on the way of shinobi. But this young girl has secrets; some dangerous, some helpful. Will she be able to restrain her anger once the many truths come to light about her past or will she fall into the abyss that confines her inner beast? Follow our young heroine on her journey to finding the truth of herself and honing her ninja abilities in this action packed, heart-wrenching tale of love, betrayal and adventure!
