This is my take on the "Big Dipper" AU (my favorite one by the way).
    
    Dipper is a 20 year old College Student living in an 2 bedroom apartment with his girlfriend Pacifica Northwest. One day when he got home from school he got a phone call telling him that his parents tragically died in a car crash and he now has to take care of his 12 year old little sister Mabel. Watch how Dipper juggles his work life with his family life.
