When selena is taken from her mountain home, she wakes up to find herself in a dark forest, surrounded by sleeping people. There are lots of different clans, some only women, some only men, and some mixed. Selena lives, now, in one with only men.
With all her family taken from her, she has nothing left, and must now build new memories. After all, her old mountain village, where she was ignored, and never really felt like she belonged, was not really home......
When selena is called up to retrieve the moon fire, the only thing that can bestow magical powers upon someone, the only thing that can bring back the dead, will she succeed on bringing it back, before the glacies clan take it for themselves?
