Meet college student Michael Clifford. At the age of twenty, he was ready to fulfill the rest of his life. He had taken a year off school to mess around with his friends, and now he wanted to stop the nagging of his parents and begin figuring things out. Of course, that's what he told his parents. In reality? He just wanted to party and hook up with as many girls as possible.
Meet fresh-out-of-high-school boy Luke Hemmings. Barely even nineteen years old, and was completely ready to pull himself into even more education to bring together his dreams of being an artist. Of course this wasn't the full story, but the boy needed any distraction he could get to ignore the thoughts in his head from time to time.
When the two clash together, quite literally, they both bring together and mess up one another's lives.
The only question is, will this be another teen cliché love story?
Or will the two completely destroy one another?

You may know these boys to be Five seconds of summer. But they are the 5 seconds that saved my life. Hope doesn't know what waits for her in the end, or who waits for her. Started: 5/17/16 (May 17, 2016) Finished: 3/17/17 (March 17, 2017) Michael lived on the poor side of town with a 15, 12 and 4 year old to take care of while his mother wasted her money on drinking. He worked every night for 6 hours, except on the weekdends when he worked 9 to 5. He wasnt happy but he kept all of it inside. Luke lived on the rich side of town with everything he wanted, being the youngest, and was spoiled rotten. He never worked, had his older brother to do his homework, and had it made.
