Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha were murdered when Sasuke was 5 and Itachi 13.

Sasuke gets sick and Itachi takes care of him.

Sasuke refuses to rest even with a high fever which causes him to pass out and his fever to become worse.

Sasuke gets hallucinations in school. In his feverish state, he gets Nightmares about Itachi dying.
