Hiccup had enough from everything in his life . getting ignored, bad mouthed and bullied just because he was different from everyone in his tribe. So without any good reasons to stay any longer ,he banished himself with his only friend he ever got from his tribe , even from his father. After everything he went through and all the miserable things he suffered, He doesn't want anything from them anymore... But fate has something different for Hiccup. Hiccup and Toothless left Berk thinking no one cared. Being the neglected child of Berk (despite his family, and being the heir to the village), Hiccup decided he'd had enough. He took Toothless and his most treasured belongings and high-tailed it out of there. When he runs into his long-lost mother, life looks up for Hiccup. He's found a place where he belongs.
